- Fire up our Miele Nespresso coffee machine and enjoy “the best coffee you have
ever had.” - Choose a bottle of wine or bubbles from our wine list. Featuring local wine from
Yamhill County and the Willamette Valley. If you don’t like an item on our list, ask
about our private collection with nearly 300 bottles in the cellar. - Add a wine package to your reservation; most include Harry & David truffles and
keepsake glasses.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
PARKING: Please park facing into the fence. There is room for 3 cars, the 4th can park along the
Boxwood hedge. Please save this space for large vehicles that won’t fit in the fence spaces. Bicycles can
be stored in our secure garage, Motorcycles with prior arrangements.
CHECK-IN: Rooms are available after 4:00 p.m. We ask that you arrive before 8:00 p.m. Please
prearrange if you need an early or late check-in.
DURING YOUR STAY:
BREAKFAST: A delicious, fixed menu, full breakfast is served in our dining room at 9:00 a.m. unless
another time has been arraigned with Mike. The espresso machine starts up at 7:00 a.m. With advance
notice, a fisherman’s breakfast can be arranged for departures earlier than 7:00 a.m. Additional breakfasts
are available for $10 per person.
AFTERNOON SNACK: Fresh baked cookies, brownies or something tasty is provided every afternoon
at 4:00 p.m. The espresso machine is on for an afternoon coffee or to make a cup of tea.
REFRIGERATOR: In the landing, there is a fridge; it has soft drinks and water that are complimentary.
Any food or beverages you have can go in there too.
BUSINESS TRAVELER AMENITIES: The house is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet access.
Copier and Fax is also available upon request. We can bill lodging and breakfast separately if needed. We
reduce the rate $10.00 per night for single travelers. Ask us to host a business breakfast or other
meetings and events for your local clients.
WHEN YOU DEPART:
CHECKOUT: Checkout time is 11:00 A.M. Please prearrange if you need a late checkout. We may not
be able to accommodate you due to reservations for that night.
PAYMENT: Full payment is due at time of checkout. We gladly accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, or Discover cards. We also accept Gift Cards and certificates from OBBG,
bedandbreakfast.com and bnbfinder.com.
KEY REPLACEMENT: There is a $20 charge if keys are not returned. This will be billed to your credit
card if the key is not returned within one week after notification that you accidentally left with it.
