RESERVATIONS: Reservations will be held with a valid credit card. We will
not charge this card at the time of your reservation request, but may run it for a
pre-authorization of charges. If you book more than 4 days or the whole house,
a 50% deposit is due at the time of the booking. If you are using a gift card or
certificate, we still require a valid credit card to hold the reservation.
MINIMUM STAY: We do not have a 2-night minimum, however, 2 nights may
be required to receive discounts or specials. 2-nights may also be required for
holidays and special events in Pacific City.
DISCOUNTS: Please request discounts at the time of booking.

CHILDREN: For the comfort of our guests, the B&B is not appropriate for
children under 18 unless all 4 rooms are rented as a block.
EXTRA GUESTS: Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per room unless all 4 rooms
are rented as a block. There is an extra charge of $20 per night. Additional
breakfasts are available for $10 per person with advance notice. Please ask
permission before inviting guests to visit during your stay.
PETS: No pets are allowed; this includes pets kept in your car. A local kennel is
within 15 minutes.
MOBILITY and MEDICAL ISSUES: Due to the historic nature of the house,
we are not ADA compliant. Please let us know if you have food allergies or
special needs when making your reservation, we will do our best to
accommodate you.
